Local Appliance Repair, Done the Straightforward Way
Appliance Experts 365 is the trade name of Appliance Repair Pros LLC, a licensed and insured appliance repair company based in NE Tacoma. We repair refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, ranges, cooktops and range hoods in homes across Pierce County & South King County, from Tacoma, Lakewood and Puyallup up through Federal Way, Kent and Renton.
The business grew out of more than ten years of hands-on repair work in South Sound homes. That experience shows up in the way we work: diagnose first, quote in writing, repair with the right part, and stand behind it. We would rather tell you an appliance is not worth fixing than sell you a repair that does not make sense.

Appliance Repair Pros LLC (DBA Appliance Experts 365) is fully registered, licensed, and insured in Washington State. License and insurance documentation is available on request before any visit.
EPA Section 608 certified
Refrigerant work is federally regulated. Our technicians hold the EPA Section 608 certification required to recover, repair and recharge sealed refrigeration systems legally and safely.
A written quote before any work
The diagnostic fee is quoted before a technician is dispatched, and it is credited toward the repair when you approve the written quote. You approve an itemized quote for parts and labor before a single part is replaced.
A warranty on every repair
Every completed repair is backed by a warranty on both parts and labor; the term is stated on your written quote.
Open seven days a week
We answer Mon–Sun 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, with same-day and next-day visits available for most of the service area.
Independent, by design
We are not a manufacturer-authorized service center and do not want to be: it lets us work on any brand in your kitchen or laundry room and give you an honest repair-or-replace recommendation.

Book
Call or text +1 (206) 427-7323 and tell us the appliance, the symptom, and your location. We'll schedule a technician and let you know what to expect before they arrive.
Diagnose
A licensed technician inspects the appliance and tests the components most likely to be causing the symptom you're seeing, rather than guessing at parts. Most issues are identified on this first visit.
Quote
Once we know what's wrong, you get a straightforward quote before any repair work begins. The diagnostic fee is credited toward the repair if you approve it — there's never a surprise bill.
Repair
With your approval, we complete the repair using the parts your appliance needs. Most repairs are finished in a single visit.
Warranty
Every repair is backed by a warranty on both parts and labor. We test the appliance before we leave to confirm it's working the way it should.
