Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website at applianceexperts365.com (and its predecessor appliancesrepairpros.com, collectively the "Site") or engaging Appliance Experts 365, a registered trade name and DBA of Appliance Repair Pros LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for diagnostic and repair services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or engage our services.

2. Services Provided

Appliance Experts 365 provides professional in-home diagnostic and repair services for major household appliances -- refrigerators, freezers, wine coolers, ice makers, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, ranges, cooktops, range hoods, warming drawers, and EPA Section 608 certified refrigerant/Freon leak repair. All services are performed by licensed, insured technicians at the customer's residential location.

3. Service Area

Our primary service area covers Pierce County and South King County in Washington State. Service availability for specific locations and appointment windows may vary. We reserve the right to decline service outside our standard coverage territory.

4. Appointments, Diagnostics, and Pricing

Diagnostic Fee: A standard diagnostic service fee is quoted prior to booking your appointment. This fee covers the technician's travel, on-site inspection, testing, and root-cause determination. When you approve the recommended repair, this diagnostic fee is credited in full toward the total repair cost.

Written Estimates: After completing the diagnosis, the technician provides a clear, itemized written quote covering all parts and labor before any repair work commences. No repairs will be performed without your prior authorization.

Payment: Payment is due immediately upon completion of services rendered. We accept cash, major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), and debit cards.

5. Telephone & SMS Communications (TCPA Compliance)

By providing your phone number on the Site or via telephone, you provide express written consent for Appliance Experts 365 (a DBA of Appliance Repair Pros LLC) to contact you via telephone calls and SMS text messages for transactional and customer service purposes (e.g., appointment confirmations, technician arrival updates, parts availability, and service follow-up).

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Message frequency varies depending on your service status. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance.

6. Warranty Policy

All completed repairs include a warranty on both installed replacement parts and labor, the exact terms and duration of which are detailed on your service invoice. Our warranty covers defects in workmanship and manufacturer defects in parts installed by our technicians. The warranty does not cover:

  • Subsequent damage resulting from customer misuse, neglect, power surges, or improper maintenance.
  • Unrelated component failures in the same or other appliances.
  • Appliances subjected to prior unauthorized third-party repairs or alterations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and layout, is the property of Appliance Repair Pros LLC (DBA Appliance Experts 365) or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

8. Independent Service Provider Disclaimer

Appliance Experts 365 is an independent appliance service provider. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any appliance manufacturer. Any reference to manufacturer brand names on this Site is made strictly under nominative fair use to describe the brands and types of appliances our technicians service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Appliance Repair Pros LLC and Appliance Experts 365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service call giving rise to the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The service warranty described in Section 6 applies exclusively to repair work performed by our licensed technicians.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms. This includes submitting false or fraudulent service requests, attempting to disrupt the Site's operation, or using automated systems to scrape or overload our infrastructure.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the Site with an updated effective date.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pierce County, Washington.
