Refrigerator door gasket torn
A torn or loose gasket lets warm air in, raises run time and builds frost. We replace the gasket and check door alignment.
SeaTac is the King County city built around Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, about 11 miles north of our NE Tacoma base via I-5. Appliance Experts 365 provides in-home repair for refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens and ranges in SeaTac's residential neighborhoods on both sides of the airport. Our company is licensed, insured and EPA 608 certified, independent of any manufacturer, with more than ten years of hands-on repair experience.
If you work shifts at the airport, our 8 AM to 8 PM, seven-day schedule helps. The diagnostic fee is quoted when you book and credited toward an approved repair. You get a written quote first and a parts-and-labor warranty afterward. Sealed-system refrigerant leaks are repaired by our own certified technician. Same-day or next-day visits are available for most SeaTac addresses.

We cover ZIP codes 98148, 98158, 98168, 98188 and 98198. East of the runways that means Angle Lake, Bow Lake and McMicken Heights. To the north we serve Riverton Heights and North SeaTac, and on the west side Madrona near the Des Moines line. Some SeaTac addresses carry Seattle or Des Moines on the mail, which is why we go by ZIP code rather than city name.
International Boulevard (SR-99) and I-5 are our main routes. Tightly sealed homes make proper dryer venting more important, so we check airflow on every dryer call.

Debris in the pump housing or a sheared impeller stops drainage. We clear or replace the pump and clean the filter.
Timers, cycling thermostats and moisture sensors control the cycle. On auto-dry, a dirty moisture sensor is a quick fix. A sensor coated with dryer-sheet residue reads dry too early and stops the cycle.
A cracked element or arcing terminal is unsafe and should be shut off. We replace the element and inspect the receptacle.
