So before I went ahead with spending a ton of money for a NEW range, I hired appliance repair Pro’s to check it out and confirm my suspicions. They sent Russel who texted me to make sure it was ok to show up a little early which was AWESOME. He promptly showed up and did a quick look at the problem and assured me that my suspicions were correct. We discussed options and his view as to what seemed to work well amongst other things that would help me out.
